A rate is a timestamped decision.

Prices can be shown in a destination currency using a rate source and markup you configure. Each capture stores both amounts, the rate and the time.

Refunds reverse against the original record unless you choose to re-rate.
Cross-border card fees can appear as cost lines in analytics.
Settlement windows tracked where the PSP exposes data.

Scope

Not a wallet. Not a bank.

PangeaCart does not issue cards, operate consumer wallets or transmit funds. Licensed payment work belongs with your PSP.

Cryptocurrency, payroll and marketplace payout splitting are out of scope.
A thin ledger is better than a fictional treasury OS.
Finance receives a sample reconciliation file before the first live corridor.

Do you process cards?

No. Your payment service provider does. We record what they report.

Which refund rate do we use?

You pick: original rate or current rate. Encode it so agents cannot invent a third option.

Multi-currency payout to sellers?

Not in this module. That is a payout-institution conversation.
