Are estimates guaranteed assessments?

No. Authorities can assess differently. The interface labels estimates as estimates.

Who maintains HS codes?

You do. We will not invent an HS code because a title sounds like apparel.

Can we mix DDP and DAP?

Yes — per corridor. Mixing them inside one checkout without labelling is how refusals happen.
