Fulfillment routing
Speed up and scale how international orders leave the building
Once an order is paid, expensive mistakes are operational: shipping from the far node, using a service that cannot clear, or omitting the invoice the carrier requires.

Routing
Node, service, documents.
Rules consider inventory, destination and cut-off times. Split shipments are explicit, not an accident.
- Service catalogue is what you actually contract.
- Exception queue for address failures and missing HS codes.
- Returns intake names the node that should receive goods.

Partners
Not a pretend 3PL.
Your warehouse or 3PL remains the physical system. We send instructions they can execute and record the result they send back.
- If a partner cannot accept structured instructions, operators still choose correctly inside PangeaCart.
- Cost-to-serve by node and corridor.
- We will not re-implement yard management as a hobby.

Frequently asked questions
Do you hold inventory?
No. We route instructions to systems that do.
Can we split an order across nodes?
Yes, when you configure it. Silent splits are how support tickets start.
What about returns?
A return authorization can specify receiving node and whether goods re-enter sellable stock.
Discuss a cross-border programme
Tell us the corridors you sell into and the partners you already use. We will say whether PangeaCart software is a fit — and where it is not.
